Does Allerim Clinic offer Virginia telehealth visits?
Allerim Clinic presents a Virginia video visit lane for eligible Virginia patients. Scheduling collects the appropriate clinic context before care moves forward.
Can Northern Virginia or DC-metro patients use this path?
This page is for eligible Virginia patients. DC-metro residents who are not eligible for the Virginia clinic lane should start with testing or education unless clinic availability is confirmed.
What does an Allerim Clinic visit cost?
The self-pay rate is $169 for an initial Clinic visit and $99 for a follow-up or monitoring visit, due on the day of care. Insurance responsibility depends on your plan and is not determined by these self-pay rates. Testing, lab analysis, prescriptions, treatment, and immunotherapy are separate unless a specific service says otherwise.
Where is Allerim Clinic available?
The Allerim Clinic service line offers insurance or self-pay appointments for eligible patients physically located in Virginia or Tennessee. In another state where the clinician is licensed, eligible telehealth may be available through the separate Allerim self-pay pathway when current scheduling and location fit are confirmed. Kentucky insurance participation is coming soon; until active, eligible Kentucky telehealth follows the Allerim self-pay pathway. Onsite care is available only where confirmed.
Does Allerim Clinic participate with insurance plans?
Allerim Clinic currently participates with select insurance plans in Virginia and Tennessee. Kentucky participation is coming soon but is not active until its plans and effective dates are confirmed. Until then, eligible Kentucky telehealth follows the separate Allerim self-pay pathway. Other licensed-state telehealth may also be available through that self-pay pathway when current scheduling and location fit are confirmed. Participation varies by state, network, and plan. Can I start with testing instead of a clinic visit?
Yes. If your first question is which food, allergy, immune, or alpha-gal test to start with, begin with testing guidance and add a clinic visit only when it helps.
Does scheduling a visit automatically approve testing or treatment?
No. Testing, prescriptions, treatment approvals, immunotherapy decisions, and follow-up plans remain provider-reviewed and are not automatically approved by scheduling a visit.
